I hold a PhD in English from Uppsala University (2007). I am currently Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Digital Culture in the Department of Technology and Aesthetics (Faculty of Computing) at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. My teaching and research in the last five years have been focused on digital culture and media theory, media communication, mobile augmented reality, visual culture (with a focus on digital visuality), the history of media, social media, contemporary literature and arts, project management, and multimodal literacy.
