I am a HR Professional with 20+ years international working experience, the last ten years predominantly in the area of talent and development (applied practice in Singapore, Kazakhstan and Qatar).
My passion is in the development area. Having worked with people from many nations over the last 10 years, supporting their development, this has inspired me take up my Master of Science in Coaching Psychology (on-going) to enhance my coaching and development techniques as applied into my HR practice.
I am currently on sabbatical from Shell Malaysia and living on Sakhalin Island. I would like to utilise my time volunteering for learning and development coaching opportunities.
