I am currently working as a Senior Business Analyst in the rest of Africa projects for the Barclays Group.
The existing projects I am working on is Customer Onboarding and Internet Banking. I enjoy the challenges and resolving the problems for each country.
The requirements are different for each country having their own core Banking system and local governance and risk processes in place. The transformation and process from the requirements gathering to deployed solutions is very rewarding from Customer engagement and Colleague engagement to actually see that my team has made a difference.
