I'm IT manager working for Bank Zachodni WBK (Santander Group). My current responsibility is to assure development and maintenance of business rules systems for credit process. My latest project was to coordinate IT aspects of merger of BZ WBK and Kredyt Bank in Credit Risk area.
Before taking current position, I was managing team responsible for debt collection and recovery systems. It was great oportunity to get experiance in business process automation and a chance to lead several succesful projects in debt collection and recovery area.
Currently I'm discovering agile project management and helping to implement this approache in my organization.
