Involved in nurse education at pre and post registration level specifically around Intellectual disability nursing.Advises and collaborates with nurses in the West Midlands on practice development,as well as contributing to specialist and advanced practice nursing programmes on leadership and managing change.Additionally,I have been involved with International projects in India and Greece to promote the inclusion agenda within mainstream education and services for children and adults who have an Intellectual Disability. In Germany I have been part of a team delivering assessment and reflective practice in support of Primary Health Care Staff as part of the allied forces support to families.
