Mark has extensive teaching and training expertise and project management within Emerging Markets. Work experience spans across Eastern Europe: Baltic States, Moldova, Poland, Ukraine, and Russia with The World Bank, European Bank, the UNDP and the EU. Additionally, he has consulted in the private sector for Booz Allen Hamilton, Teleconsult, American Trading Initiatives and other European consulting firms as well as numerous NGOs.
