Reaching your goals does not mean you have to follow a traditional path. I overcame educational challenges of Dyslexia and ADHD and achieved my dream of becoming a Pilot in the early 80's. My creative side led me to learn the skill of welding. My entrepreneurial drive then led me into Real Estate. I began my career in Commercial Real Estate with success in shopping center development. As the market changed, I changed with it by transitioning into Residential Real Estate. I began my career at Better Homes & Gardens/Metro Brokers in the 90's. This is where a began managing property. In 2007 we created Spalding Brokers, LLC - a Full Service Property Management Company.
