I am a Private Real Estate Investor, the owner of Glenmar Properties, a real estate investing firm. I have a New Jersey and Pennsylvania real estate license registered with Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, where I specialize as a Buyer and Selling Agent for REO's (bank owned properties), Short Sales, Rental Properties and Commercial investment grade properties. I am a member of the South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association and on the Burlington Camden Board of Realtors. I am actively involved in both residential and commercial real estate investing and am a property owner, landlord, property manager and private lender for numerous income producing properties.
