o Mark worked in the retail industry from 1975 from a junior sales assistant through to
management and into training in 1989.
o He has authored 2 books on retailing and retail management.
o In his 20 years as owner and Director of MLW Training his clients included some of
Australia’s largest organisations such as Shell, AMPOL/Caltex, Toyota, News Limited,
ACP, Australian Newsagents’ Federation, St George and CBA banks.
Since moving to Vietnam in 2011 his projects have included:
