I began to work at the age of 15 as apprentice in a hotel with restaurant. As I preferred to work in contact with guests in service, I continued my career in various hotels and restaurants as; Commis of rank, Captain, Chef of Service, Head Waiter, Certified Head Waiter, Restaurant Manager. It took me 21 years to cover these above positions;
in France, in England and in Switzerland included starred restaurants and 5 star hotels.
