I am currently a research oenologist at The Australian Wine Research Centre working with the control, measurement and style impact of using oxygen during early stages of winemaking. Earlier research looked at polyphenols in white wine and their effect on quality. Part of my role is research winemaker for the project. Since graduating in December 2007 in Oenology from the University of Adelaide, South Australia, I have experienced in all aspects of winemaking from maturity testing to bottling as well as knowledge of modern standard winery laboratory techniques.
