I manage a team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives with 5 areas of focus. Enterprise Corporate, Small and Medium Business, Search and Staffing, Nonprofits, and current LinkedIn clients with decentralized hiring needs.
Sales Development Representatives are responsible for understanding and qualifying the recruiting and branding needs of future and current clients around the world. They work closely with their account executives and relationship managers to either work on new business generated from the qualified leads or add new opportunities for existing customers.
