I鈥檓 a Technical Marketing Engineer, with almost 5 years experience, working with mobile apps and solutions. I help develop strategy, identify gaps, and use design thinking to develop a complete end-to-end solution with the developer and design teams. I write customer facing documentation and videos for incorporation in our training and web content. I have lead the beta test projects to test, not only the whole solution but our customer facing content.
While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite part of the project is the beta testing stage where I am working with the client and driving the changes back into the next iteration of product development.
