As Director of Process Institutionalization, Mary is responsible for working with over 20,000 employees globally to improve application and infrastructure services on CSC鈥檚 outsourcing accounts. This includes deploying and institutionalizing processes to improve services and aligning processes with industry best practices such as ITIL, CMMI and COBIT.
Mary has over 30 years of management, consulting and technical experience in the information technology industry. Mary has held a number of account management, program management and transition and transformation management positions.
