I have a long background in software field, it's been since 1987.
Before that, I was an air traffic controller of Japan Self Defense Force.
Anyway, in the beginning, I used COBOL and FORTRAN for the systems for banks, electric companies, and public organizations.
Then I changed the language to C and C++, and programed for UNIX based applications and middle-wares.
Around the year 2000, I was assigned as a System Analyst and also a Project Manager. So I haven't written any code since then until 2005. I accepted many RFPs and wrote many proposals in detail.
