Main Activities:
鈥� Resposible to analyse the capacity of all LAR Plants, supporting the long-term strategy decisions for all technologies. (Cutting, Bend, Rolling, Machining, Welding, Shot Blasting and Assembly);
鈥� Supporting the localization of New Products;
鈥� LAR Budget Preparation, Consolidation and Control. (USD 55 M);
鈥� LAR KPI Creation (Efficiency, Costs and Productivity)
