Mathy Yav has graduated from Law School at The Université Protestante au Congo since 2006.
She has worked for almost 2 years in the shipping industry as a management trainee, before moving into a new position as Executive Personal Assistant in a mining company. This job gave her exposure to the legal challenges of the mining industry in the DR Congo, and helped her grasp the subtle ties between economic, social and environmental fields. While recently holding a position as an Office Manager for a mining auditing firm, contracted by the mining State Company, she had the opportunity to practice effective people management skills.
