My goal is to provide visionary direction and unswerving support for the products that are under my care. My management style is to manage by leading, giving my direct reports the latitude they need to do their jobs while maintaining accountability in my organization. I make every effort to provide a series of simple and attainable goals toward a quality end product. My products are on time and on or under budget, however should problems arise I make no bones about disclosing these to my superiors so that expectations can be set appropriately with full transparency. Always put the customer first, no matter who they are.
