My responsibilities include Pre-Sales support, selling our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) & Security solutions to Managed Service Providers. It is my responsibility to deliver demos, technical presentations and perform technical installs (Pre-Sale) of our Enterprise Software, either face to face or over the web.
