I take responsibility for services that are based on the sound measurement, monitoring and benchmarking of sustainability performance. He has been instrumental in developing the JLL / Better Buildings Partnership Real Estate Environmental Benchmark. I've also acted for the GRESB, GRI CRESS and ULI Greenprint Center. Measurement of sustainability performance is vital for Jones Lang LaSalle’s services - which help clients undertake successful improvement programmes and meaningful corporate disclosure.
