- Developing project schedule according project scope of work estabilishing WBS architecture, actvity IDs and codes, schedule layout, etc;
- Developing project histograms, s-curves, manhours/manpower graphs;
- Developing progress measurement system (and links with invoicing, when applicable) and progress reporting system;
- Schedule weekly and monthly updating and reporting;
- Analyzing and updating relationships between planned, earned, spent, forecast values and K factors;
