Maura holds a PhD in Information Systems at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the same institution. Maura’s main research and teaching interests are related to Information Systems (IS) in organizations, in particular at the intersection of IT and Business value, in particular digital business strategy, business agility, inter-firm and firm-customer connectedness, digital vulnerabilities, and open innovation.
