Well hello there! I come to the world of gender diversity from a strong commercial background. Although I have some personal passions in this area - for me, it was important to understand the business case. The business case is so compelling - companies with more senior women have been proven to be more profitable - and thats an amazing statistic. I was the first to introduce into Australia the idea of working with men in the area of gender diversity to get them engaged and involved.
