Has more than 32 years of Human Resource Management experience in various industries such as construction, trading, manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, aerospace, and telecommunication. He has been in the capacity of Head of the Human Resources department in the last 18 years. During his past and last jobs, he was responsible for countries in Asia Pacific such as Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.
