Born in Brazil in the city of Uberlândia, his career started in 1984 as Mechanical Engineer working two years in hydraulical maintenance for COSIPA in Cubatão/SP. In 1986 he starts to work for EMBRAER as Planning Engineer and later as Quality Engineer in the São Jose dos Campos city, where he worked for five years.
