- Corporate IT&Operations Service Level Model
- Corporate Operating Committee which aims to ensure the correct operation of the Group鈥檚 banks and Corporate areas in terms of Technology and Operations (quality and level of service, operational risk, auditing recommendations, etc)
- Follow up of incidences focus points identified in the Committee
