May Pale鈥� Thwe, also known as Pearl, a Founder and Board of Director of SMILE EDUCATION and DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION and a Training Executive of SMILE EDUCATION TRAINING INSTITUTE. She has been a freelance teacher trainer for the past seven years and a SIT TRAINER conducts Best Practices in TESOL / QuiLT Qualification in Language Teaching Teacher Trainings in nationwide. She had experience in working as the Project Director of English Access Micro-Scholarship Program and a Teacher run by State Department. She worked with EDUCASIA as a Program Assistant and, Associate and a Education Coordinator at ICRC. She attended the TESOL Convention in NYC, and joined E-Teacher EFL Assessment and Teach.
