Currently working in area of analysis of Next-generation sequencing data at Bionivid Technology Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore as Bioinformatics Analyst.
I have understanding of various tools used for NGS data anlysis and experience in transcriptome and small-RNA sequencing data analysis. My programming skill includes Perl, Java, Shell Scripting, AWK, HTML etc. Also familar with LINUX operating system and high performance computing.
