My name is Mbali Madonsela, I am a third-year student at the University of Johannesburg. I major in History and English. I am studying towards a Bachelor of Education degree in Senior and FET phase, grades 8 -12. The profession I am studying towards brings out a lot in teachers, we learn that we are not content transmitters but a lot more. for example, we are researchers, curriculum implementers, and a lot more. we become parents away from home, caring for the learner, and being mediators. I have learned that learning can be made fun to keep learners interested. this is one strategy I have been using in my studying, finding interesting ways to study and learn new stuff
