I am a highly motivated and ambitious individual able to oversee all the daily operations of a plant from production and manufacturing right through to ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. I am able to give timely and accurate advice, guidance, support and training to team members and individuals. I have a wide-range of experience; effectively organizing plant resources, equipment, supplies and facilities. My key strengths include but not limited to production planning, diagnosing faults affecting plant condition, safety operating procedures, administering discipline, enforcing company policy and promoting good working habits.
