Presently I am working as postdoctoral research fellow (2009-till date) in University of Montana, USA. My postdoctoral research work is on how the loop stability, formation and breakage are affected due to differences in the sequence of the residues involved in the loop in proteins. I have completed the project on effect of different lengths of Polyglutamine (involved in number of neurodegenerative diseases) sequences in the loop conformation and stability.
My PhD research work (2004-2009) was on role of conserved residues in folding and stability of cytochrome c which was done from Jamia Millia iSlamia in collaboration with All India Institute of Medical Science, Delhi. From my res...
