I'm a Paramedic and a Fire Fighter and CrossFit Junkie!!! Everything in my life revolves around that and my family!! If you don't find me in the back of an Ambulance then you will most likely find me in the gym.
I work full time for Smith Ambulance and I am on Dundee Fire Department as their EMS Chief and a FireFighter.
I also teach EVOC, CPR/First Aid, CE Instructor and my fire dept keeps me busy!
