This is a presentation I made for ABA English to show what I consider to be their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

ABA English Social Media Outlet SWOT Analysis
(S)trengths Having online presence on:
Facebook The daily wall quizes are great! Links to Blog even better. Being able to test your level on FB is a convenient perk.
Twitter Teacher tips are helpful. Links to Blog even better. Re-tweet timely news on things such as how the knowledge of the English language is advantageous in society. Clips like these are motivating!
YouTube Testimonials are great! Hearing is believing. And when the words come out of a true clients mouth, you cant get much close to a better form of advertising. Whats Bigger than Facebook video. Genius! Comparing the English language to a well-known, timely entity like FB.Very smart! How-to videos are also intelligent. Seeing is believing. And there are more visual learners out there than auditory learners. Why not link these videos to ABA English website?
Spotify Love the soundtrack. Lets add some more oldies but goodies. The Beetles, Michael Jackson and Alanis Morissette have songs with great lyrics and simple messages for making learning English fun and easy! What about some radio ads that play here? Or banner ads?
Groupon I notice ABA English did a Groupon. Was it pro鍖table? What about going for a LivingSocial deal? A different market lies here.
Google + Another good outlet to be on. Hasnt been any activity since February Lets make some hangouts! Itll get people talking.
LinkedIn Nice presence. For the networking person. Thought: link in with those who have bene鍖ted from ABA English in that theyve gotten theyre dream job because they knew English.
Blog Lots of clever links and lessons. What about movie recommendations? Theres already a book club, why not a movie club for the 鍖lm lovers?
Other Strengths Ive noticed banner ads of ABA English on several websites. Some that I wouldnt expect. Good job! Perhaps some of your af鍖liates are working these angles.
(W)eaknesses When I googled Online English Schools, ABA English did NOT come up on the search engine. Nor did it come up when I searched Online English.
(O)pportunities Making an appearance on:
Distance Learning is Todays Trend! ...and this is as of four years ago, thus the numbers are still on the rise.

Other Opportunities Interactive Map. With pins showing cities of those who have bene鍖ted from ABA English Events. Host events at the main of鍖ce for those that can make the trip. Although social media is nice for making initial contact, its always a treat to meet someone face to face.
