I’ve spent the past three years collaborating with design and strategy teams tackling complex challenges and contributing insights and strategic thinking to projects in high-visibility projects and enterprises that aim to influence people's lives.
I specialize in using design thinking to understand what makes people tick, surface latent needs, and to form actionable insights that inspire design opportunities at all stages in the design process, from more traditional ethnography to co-design workshops.
