Mercè Carreras-Solanas is Associate Professor in the Department of Economic Theory and Coordinator of the Economy for the Common Good at the University of Barcelona.
PhD and Bachelor in Economics and Business from the University of Barcelona, she currently heads Barcelona-Shanghai Women Bridge (BSWomenB-GWUB) online platform that links entrepreneurs and professionals from different generations living in the catchment area of Barcelona, Shanghai, Houston and Buenos Aires building intercultural trust, sharing values and transffering knowledge and technologies between Smart Cities.
