Challenge
? The customer has a systematic
agriculture solution which manages
farmer and their lands, they also
provides trainings for their farmers.
Identity is a critical topic when
managing so many different famers
from different country in different
regions.
Strategy
? The customer wants to use
IoT technology and
Blockchain technology to
create a digital identity
management solution to
manage their farmers as well
as to better understand their
performance, land
status…etc
Project
? Microsoft is to work with customer’s
development team to create an IoT solution
which sends telemetry to a blockchain backed
backend that records land status.
? An Identity solution is also to be developed to
recognize each farmers and their learning
status, previous performance…etc

? 生豬年出欄 0.5 萬頭以上 20.29%
? 肉雞年出欄 5 萬隻以上 30.29%
? 蛋雞年存欄 1 萬隻以上 48.70%
? 肉牛 100 頭以上 19.75%
? 肉羊出欄 300 只以上 15.12% 標準化養殖：硬件設備的標準化、自動化迅速普及，
然而養殖方式仍然停留在傳統模式，工業化時代新的
管理模式及工業化思維欠缺，造成設備投入後的低效
率和低收益。
