Michael started his life journey in the kitchen of his grandfather鈥檚 neighborhood Italian restaurant Connie鈥檚, in Richmond Hill Queens NY when he was 10 years old! Michael quickly adapted to the hectic pace of the restaurant business; by the time he was 13 years old he was running the kitchen! Customers thought it was so cute that a kid so young could cook so well- he made a lot of money in tips because of this! Michael continued his love of cooking and attended culinary school and received a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. Michael opened his first restaurant in Forest Hills Queens (Italian Fusion), and a Gourmet Shop/High end Catering Company in Rockville Cente
