About
I'm an enterprise consultant and for years, I have successfully lead agile turnarounds using various frameworks and approaches in companies ranging from $2m/year to $60b/year.
My road to agility began about a decade ago as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt - and the desire to discover how Toyota engineering can be applied within IT.
I have learned Scrum from Jeff Sutherland, SAFe from Dean Leffingwell and LeSS both from Bas Vodde and Craig Larman.
I train, coach and consult thousands of people using Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban and XP.
