I am a small business owner working in the IT consulting space. Currently I am also employed at Ford Motor Co. in IT Security & Controls. I am the Team Lead, providing daily guidance to the development group in both the engineering and support efforts. The project supports an internal server based tool used to monitor compliance to internal IT policy, as well as various ISO and SOX regulations on internal Ford servers.
