Main part of my practice in Russia is a protection for russian and foreign business, it鈥檚 owners, in courts and courts of arbitration with substantial in-house legal experience.
I successfully practice in: general civil law, corporate law, administrative proceedings (disputes against authorities), tax law, customs law, assets and property protection, support of courts decisions execution, defence in criminal cases connected with economics and tax law.
Also i focus on contract drafting and union negotiation.
