I have started, led, and passed on organizations since I was a child, but now am both a practitioner and researcher. I not only love to create and grow organizations and see people grow, learn, and be empowered and changed in the process, but also love to study organizations and share the insights with others so that they can in turn create and strengthen their own organizations.
