Technology always fascinated me but soon my curiosity was focused on the mechanisms behind it. In order to comprehend what is going on behind the scenes, I chose a bachelor in informatics providing me with deep scientific knowledge. However, I soon discovered the gap between users and developers and the importance of user centered design so that technology best serves users’ needs.
