Network Management Manager

• Assist with investigations of network quality problem (CRR, CSSR, CDR, Network availability,...) • Coordinate the maintenance of all network elements(GSM/GPRS and DATA) with operations manager and ensure network availability is kept within the targets. • Coordinate the implementation of all network changes (BSS, Operations, IT,IN, NSS and Transmission) • Manage and coordinate all NOC projects in conjunction with contractors(ALU, ZTE, Huawei) regarding RAN swap, network release changes, equipments purchase and training of staff. • Capex management within the network management division. • Manage and Control all SLAs with local and international partners and suppliers(ALU, ...
