I'm conducting research to help organizations manage their innovation processes, with a focus on the front-end of innovation and idea management. My PhD project investigates how companies implement and use collaborative ideation platforms to involve both employees and external actors in innovation - i.e. to foster the generation, development and implementation of new ideas. The project is conducted in collaboration with large companies based in Denmark and Sweden. Research methods used in my research: both qualitative and quantitative methods (statistical analysis and social network analysis).
