TEEN LINE is based on the premise that when teenagers encounter problems, they commonly turn to their peers for advice. TEEN LINE provides a safe, confidential place to talk things out with a specially trained teen peer who can understand and listen, but not judge.
This simple act of listening can make a huge difference – sometimes a life-saving one. Each year around 10,000 young people contact the hotline via phone, text and email and more than 38,000 attend our outreach programs. Teens know they can trust TEEN LINE, giving them a easy way to reach out for help.
