My aim is to obtain employment in the community services sector and using my previous skills help clients overcome emotional and physical obstacles. I have a solid 10 years plus experience within the health and fitness industry (business owner), helping people to achieve weight loss and injury rehabilitation goals. I am passionate about helping people have a better quality of life, understand their needs and implement appropriate programs. This coupled with a warm, empathic and person-centred approach, has allowed me to achieve collaborative goals with my clients.
