I grew up in Derry N.Ireland, went to school at Slievemore Primary school from 1978 to 1984.
Went to St Brigid's HS Derry and then Leander House in portrush for a year to become a CHEF!!!! (not for me)
Went to the Northern Ireland Hotel & Catering college, for two years and went to Scotland to work in the Glasgow thistle hotel.
Had the best craic of my life there and then I moved to Essex where all of the Essex girls really do live.
Went back to work at the Glasgow thistle and met "Martin"
Got married in 2000 and came to SA to live in 2002.
Have been living in Cape Town since then and am loving it apart from missing my family and friends hectically.
