June 2006- Right shoulder dislocation
September 2006- Right shoulder Dislocation
October 2006- Right labrum Repair- from those three dislocations
June 2007- Tweaked/ partially torn left hamstring
May 2008- Broken left fifth metatarsal
May 2008- Open reduction Internal Fixation of left fifth metatarsal... aka- put a screw in my foot.
May 2010- Retirement from playing Ultimate
