My leadership development services draw on the expertise that I've developed in demanding top management posts, including service as the president of a college, a Navy captain, the CEO of an international non-profit, the CIO of a large intelligence community, a Congressional candidate, and the leader of several faith-based organizations.
As a leadership coach, I've worked with executives in organizations of every size, from mom-and-pop startups to Fortune 25 companies. I've also done extensive leadership training in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
