From 2007-2008, Michael led the strategic development efforts to form a Center for Commercialization of Bioenergy (CCB), based in Kansas City. Farmer led in the strategic development of the $540 Million Kansas Economic Growth Act, as the Vice President of Strategy and Policy for Kansas Technology Enterprise Corporation (KTEC). Michael currently serves on U.S. Senator Pat Roberts Science and Technology Advisory Board, CAP CO2 and John O. Farmer, Inc. Boards.
